Disney On Ice – Worlds of Enchantment was Magical!

Don’t live near a Disney theme park?! Don’t sweat it, you can still experience the magic of Disney close to home with Disney On Ice. We went to Worlds Of Enchantment and you can expect an evening of magical entertainment for the whole family, in true Disney fashion!
You’ll be sure to see your favorite Disney characters skating and spinning on ice to all the great Disney songs!

Tickets start at just $20 and you can use code MAGIC to save 20%! With Worlds Of Enchantment you can expect to see Toy Story characters skate and sing, while taking you along some key acts of Toy Story 3. Ariel makes a splash with some of your favorite songs from The Little Mermaid and brings fun friends along with her! Under the sea!!! (This was my favorite part of the show) Lightning McQueen, Mater and many other Cars friends come on the ice and show off their rides in spectacular fashion! Then to round things up Anna and Elsa share their story for the big finale! Of course Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald are there to narrate along the way as well!

The show is about 2 hours from start to finish, with a 20 minute intermission. It can be a little long with really little ones so grabbing a snack or walking around for intermission can help get the wiggles out!

Here’s a few tips from me to you to make your Disney on Ice Experience a little more magical!

DRESS IN COSTUME

There’s something so special about dressing up as your favorite princess or character when you are little! And no better place to do that than Disney On Ice!! We let our kiddos pick their favorite character before we headed out and they were so excited about their choices! It got them into the Disney spirit right away and they got extra excited when someone commented on their costume! The big smiles it put on their little faces was priceless.

PICK THE RIGHT SEAT

Closer seats come with a bigger price tag but if you’re wanting to make the most of the night and some pretty awesome memories for your family, I recommend sitting as close as possible! The kids can see every twist and turn and you won’t have to hear them say “I can’t see” the entire night. lol. It truly is a magical experience. So if sitting close is important snag those tickets right away! With that being said I have sat further back as well and it was still a great experience!

GRAB A TREAT

If it’s in your budget I recommend letting your kiddos pick out a special treat to eat during the show. It comes with a fun Disney themed souvenir, to take home and if your kiddos are like mine they love using their souvenir cups at home and always have a story to tell about their time when they use it! It’s like taking a piece of the night home with you!

BRING A JACKET

It is a Ice Arena to expect it to be a little cooler than normal! We dressed warm and brought jackets for the kiddos to use when they got cold. They didn’t want them right away but during the show they did, so I was glad I brought them. A small blanket could also be a good idea.

ENJOY EVERY MINUTE

Lastly enjoy every minute of it! If you have kiddos it is so fun watching them and their little eyes light up when they see their favorite characters or see someone make a really cool spin or jump! If you don’t have kiddos it’s still so fun experiencing all the magic of Disney on Ice!
