HOWDY!
Hi y’all, I’m Josie and my middle name is Lynn! Growing up, whenever I was in trouble (very rare, I’m obviously an angel) my mama always yelled… I mean called Josie Lynn. I may or may not have been called Josie Lynn more than Josie. To this day it’s what my husband calls me when I come home with one too many shopping bags! Eeek! And that is the reason behind how I founded the name of my blog The Real Josie Lynn. So, moral of the story is to make sure you give your kid a good middle name!
I’m a wife, and mother of 2 banshees (adorable little ones) that keep me on my toes 24/7. I’m married to my Latin lova! We’ve been married for 6 years and dated 7 years before we married. Our two babies are 2 1/2 and 4. We have a spunky little girl and a feisty little man. We are completely over the moon in love with them. They are wild little things so we have decided 2 kiddos and a pup complete our family. Although I am trying to convince the ol’ ball and chain to get another dog. Fingers crossed!
I’m really just a down home girl who loves Jesus, Sweet Tea, Coffee, Country Music, Laughing, and of course Fashion.
I believe that fashion and style is more then just the clothes you wear, it’s a way to express yourself, and show others your personality and who you are. Clothes and food bring people together and create long lasting memories. I bet you can remember what your best friend, boyfriend or husband was wearing the day you met them. I remember exactly what one of my besties was the day I first met her, she had on her favorite pair of overalls and I was wearing the exact same thing (we were 6) and I decided right then and there she’d be my best friend for life. We are still best friends and have been rocking our overalls since 1983!! Yes that makes me 34.
